Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 2 years management experience
  • minimum of 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • tech-savvy

Job Duties

  • Manage and inspire a team of 10 hourly employees
  • coordinate day-to-day logistics and execute upscale catering events
  • oversee purchasing, staffing, and scheduling
  • utilize technology tools to streamline operations
  • drive engagement through innovative marketing initiatives
  • support the General Manager in food service operations
  • maintain high standards of customer service and quality control
