Job Duties
- have oversight of front of house operations for 4 dining rooms
- ensure timely delivery of meals to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
- manage a front-of-house team of approximately 30 staff members ensuring high standards of service and professionalism
- interview hire and train FOH staff
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for all guests
- ensure Sodexo standards are met
