Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
- Background in safety and sanitation compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional communication skills
- Passion for high-level customer service
- Understanding of safe food handling practices including HACCP, temperature logs, safety audits, and inventory management
