Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year management experience
  • possess at least 2 years food management experience focusing on purchasing, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
  • working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
  • ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
  • focus on patient services and satisfaction
  • strong working knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • commitment to quality and customer service
  • excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Have oversight of the patient services area, production, and diet office
  • ensure excellence in service quality and delivery schedules
  • work with the diet office to review and address any patient menu or meal concern
  • daily patient meal rounding
  • identify process improvement initiatives and oversee the implementation
  • employee training for compliance, safety, sanitation, customer service and HR functions
