Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food service leadership experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Ensures all food service employees are working at their required stations maintaining maximize efficiency and following proper health and hygiene protocols
- Assists in implementing new food programs food products limited time offers and promotions as directed by the Food Service Department
- Assists the Store Manager in preparing work schedules guaranteeing proper food service station coverage
- Assists with training and development of all food service team members and ensures all food service employees follow the requirements of the company program
- Maintains the sanitation and organization of all foodservice storage areas including walk-in refrigerators and freezers as well as all equipment maintenance and sanitation requirements
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
