Job Requirements
- High school or GED
- Six months retail or food experience
- One year preferred in retail, service or restaurant environment
- ServSafe certification a plus but not mandatory
- Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members
- High energy
- Ability to move quickly between tasks
- Team oriented and willing to help others
- Availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and move weights up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for eight hours a day
- Willingness to wear specialized work attire
- Must perform essential functions with or without accommodations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months experience in retail or food service
- Preferred 1 year experience in retail, service or restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide coaching and feedback
- Team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable interacting with guests and team members
Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed and appreciated
- Manage food stock levels, food costs and waste, preparation, presentation, and food safety requirements for hot and cold prepared food and beverage items
- Oversee the food service area's cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance of equipment adhering to food safety protocols
- Meet company goals for food sales including pizza, breakfast sandwiches, coffee and other items
- Provide training, feedback, coaching and direction to fellow team members on food preparation and food safety requirements
- Maintain relationship with third party vendors on food safety measures including monitoring, training on proper temperatures, holding times and waste processes with recordkeeping
- Maintain proper stock levels and proper rotation of all food products for various cases and warmers
- Process guest transactions efficiently and friendly to minimize wait time
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Guest Service Leader
- Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations
