Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- current Food Manager Certificate accepted by the Texas Department of State Health Services
- two years of food service experience preferred
- ability to speak, read, write and understand instructions in English
- ability to plan, coordinate and produce work efficiently
- computer literate
- ability to handle money efficiently
- effective communication skills with administrators, teachers and parents

Job Duties
- Oversee daily food preparation

- ensure accurate record-keeping and cash handling
- provide leadership and training to kitchen staff
