Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience in similar food service work
  • Ability to learn computer software, email, and point of sale systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle problems and employee conflicts with good judgment
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and event cooking
  • Ability to inventory food and supplies and perform basic math
  • Ability to learn and comply with food handling regulations
  • Ability to operate various food service and office equipment
  • Possession of Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at hire and throughout employment
  • Willingness to work weekend and holiday rotations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of experience in food and customer service roles
  • Knowledge of culinary services and food preparation techniques
  • Ability to operate computer software, email, and point of sale systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to resolve problems and handle employee conflicts
  • Knowledge of food handling regulations and ability to obtain certification
  • Ability to operate onsite food service equipment
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Additional cooking and customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Independently and effectively lead and oversee daily culinary service operations
  • Maintain food handling and sanitation standards according to regulatory requirements
  • Resolve customer service issues and support staff development
  • Conduct inventory and manage food and supply ordering
  • Prepare food items as per production forecasts and recipes
  • Perform tasks across various service and preparation stations
  • Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and coordinate catering services when needed
