Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a management role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's service model
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships across departments
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods

  • Organize and facilitate daily team meetings
  • Maintain established standards for safety and sanitation across all client interaction processes
  • Determine the needs of clients and effectively communicate operational progress related to financial performance
  • Secure development and sustainability of income and expense reports
  • Achieve financial objectives outlined by clients and company
  • Implement and oversee operational excellence initiatives concerning food and labor management
  • Ensure all team members are well-trained and capable of executing their responsibilities
  • Manage team overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards and compliance
  • Uphold a protected and health-conscious space for clients, customers, and employees
