Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a management role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's service model
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships across departments
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Leverage Aramark's coaching methodology to actively engage and empower team members
- Show appreciation and incentivize the hard work and dedication of employees
- Make certain that individual and team achievements align with predetermined objectives and client expectations
- Organize and facilitate daily team meetings
- Maintain established standards for safety and sanitation across all client interaction processes
- Determine the needs of clients and effectively communicate operational progress related to financial performance
- Secure development and sustainability of income and expense reports
- Achieve financial objectives outlined by clients and company
- Implement and oversee operational excellence initiatives concerning food and labor management
- Ensure all team members are well-trained and capable of executing their responsibilities
- Manage team overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards and compliance
- Uphold a protected and health-conscious space for clients, customers, and employees
