Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lb

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain effective client and customer relationships
  • Excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other departments

Job Duties

  • Leverage Aramark's coaching methodology to actively engage and empower team members

  • Ensure individual and team achievements align with objectives and client expectations
  • Organize and facilitate daily team meetings
  • Maintain established safety and sanitation standards
  • Determine client needs and communicate operational progress regarding financial performance
  • Secure the development and sustainability of income and expense reports
  • Achieve financial objectives set by clients and company
  • Implement and oversee food and labor management initiatives
  • Ensure all team members are trained and capable of performing their duties
  • Manage production processes, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance
  • Maintain a safe and health-conscious environment for clients, customers, and employees
