Job Duties
- Lead team members of an assigned area or function by providing advanced job knowledge
- Assist with developing, implementing, and evaluating departmental policies and procedures
- Mentor, monitor, coach, and evaluate team members' performance in productivity and quality management
- Promote teamwork and cooperation among team members
- Coordinate services, prioritize assignments and workflow, promote situational decision-making and problem solving
- Perform responsibilities of underlying job and guide team members on handling complex or novel issues
- Use critical thinking, decisive judgment, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
