Job Requirements

  • Familiarity with food nutrition services or related environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead team members of an assigned area or function by providing advanced job knowledge
  • Assist with developing, implementing, and evaluating departmental policies and procedures
  • Mentor, monitor, coach, and evaluate team members' performance in productivity and quality management
  • Promote teamwork and cooperation among team members
  • Coordinate services, prioritize assignments and workflow, promote situational decision-making and problem solving
  • Perform responsibilities of underlying job and guide team members on handling complex or novel issues
  • Use critical thinking, decisive judgment, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
