Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum one year of relevant experience
- ability to operate food service equipment
- strong communication skills
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must pass required certification tests
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- must possess Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card if required

Job Duties
- Independently and effectively lead and oversee daily culinary services
- maintain food handling and sanitation standards
- resolve customer problems and support staff development in customer service
- inventory food and supplies and manage ordering within budget
- prepare food items according to forecasts and recipes
- perform work in service and preparation areas
- assist with cleaning and sanitation
- participate in department meetings and trainings
