Job Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree or any combination of education and experience related to the position totaling a minimum of two years
- must have a valid driver’s license
- must obtain a food handler’s permit within 14 days of hire

- Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree or a combination of education and experience totaling at least two years

- ability to obtain a food handler’s permit within 14 days of hire
- knowledge of food service operation or quick service restaurant management
- understanding of sanitation principles related to food production
- skilled in interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making
- ability to understand labels and safety instructions for sanitizing and cleaning chemicals
- ability to plan, organize, manage, supervise, and direct quick-service restaurant activities
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- ability to foster a cooperative work environment
Job Duties
- Prepare baked goods according to recipes and instructions
- assist Production Manager in catering event preparations
- communicate effectively with management and service staff to resolve issues and address guest needs
- ensure superior food quality and take corrective actions when necessary
- maintain all kitchen equipment and enforce safe serving procedures
- ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of kitchen equipment
- assist in food ordering and cost control
- properly label, date, and rotate products on a first-in, first-out basis
- create production lists to ensure efficient service execution
- conduct regular inventory checks to maintain proper par levels
