Job Requirements

- Ability to work onsite in Loveland, Colorado
- Willingness to work flexible shifts

- Minimum of one year of food service experience
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in food service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and coach team members
- Ability to prioritize work and coordinate workflow
- Knowledge of quality management principles
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions independently
Job Duties
- Assists with the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures
- Provides mentoring, monitoring, coaching, and evaluation of team members' performance, especially in productivity and quality management
- Serves as a positive role model promoting teamwork and cooperation
- Coordinates services, prioritizes assignments and workflow, and promotes situational decision-making and problem solving
- Performs responsibilities of underlying job and handles complex or novel issues with guidance
- Works in a fast-paced environment requiring critical thinking and decisive judgment
- Demonstrates ability to work with minimal supervision
