Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience in food service
  • Ability to learn and operate computer software and point of sale systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of multiple food preparation techniques
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes and restock shelves
  • Must be able to operate kitchen and retail food service equipment
  • Compliance with food safety regulations
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays on rotation
  • Must possess Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card if working at designated facilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of experience in food service and customer care
  • Ability to operate computer software, email, and point of sale systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling regulations
  • Ability to train and lead culinary staff
  • Experience with inventory management and food cost control

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee daily food service operations in various culinary roles
  • Maintain food handling and sanitation standards per licensing requirements
  • Resolve customer problems and train staff in customer service skills
  • Inventory food and supplies and manage ordering within budget guidelines
  • Prepare food items according to production forecasts and recipes
  • Perform work at various service and preparation stations and resolve minor menu or meal service issues
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas
  • Participate in department meetings and training sessions
  • Supervise culinary staff and communicate with customers, vendors, and management
