Job Duties

  • Perform the steps of SSA EXTRA Guest Service to ensure a memorable experience for every guest and client
  • ensure restaurant is adequately prepped and staffed for daily operation
  • oversee location kitchen duties including quickservice, food service, safety, quality, availability, merchandising and guest service standards
  • oversee safety logs including food temperatures, rotation and waste
  • ensure proper uniform, hygiene, handwashing and glove use with staff
  • support SSAfety training with knife handling skills and ensure proper use of knives and slicers
  • create daily prep and items lists and delegate tasks
  • actively support operation and fill holes to ensure smooth service
  • maintain checklist of routine cleaning tasks and projects or menu planning
  • assign associates to duties and coach on daily tasks and guest interaction
  • respond efficiently to guest and client feedback and report to operations manager
  • oversee personnel duties including training, performance reviews, progressive documentation, attendance reporting, and break management
  • inspect equipment and perform routine maintenance and cleaning
  • assist team to ensure timely task completion
  • communicate issues to Executive Chef and Food Service Operations Manager
  • work with restaurant supervisors to ensure operating standards
  • comply with all local, state and federal laws
  • perform other necessary tasks
  • maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
  • uphold and demonstrate understanding of company policies and procedures
