Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Perform the steps of SSA EXTRA guest service to ensure a memorable experience for every guest and client
- Ensure restaurant is adequately prepped and staffed (BOH) for daily operation
- Oversight of location kitchen duties ensuring quickservice, food service, safety and quality, availability, merchandising and guest service standards are met and excelled
- Oversight of safety logs including food temperatures, rotation and waste
- Ensure proper uniform, hygiene, handwashing and glove use with staff
- Support SSAfety training with knife handling skills, ensuring all direct reports properly use knives and slicers
- Create daily prep and items lists, delegating to employees as necessary
- Actively support operation and fill holes as necessary to ensure smooth service
- Maintain checklist of routine cleaning tasks and ongoing projects or menu planning
- Assign associates to duties and coach through daily tasks and guest interaction
- Respond efficiently to guest and client feedback with reports to operations manager
- Oversee personnel duties including training, performance reviews, progressive documentation, attendance reporting and break management
- Inspect equipment and perform maintenance and cleaning
- Communicate issues to Executive Chef and Food Service Operations Manager
- Work with restaurant supervisors to ensure standard operation
- Comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Uphold and demonstrate understanding of company policies and procedures
- Perform other necessary tasks as required
