- previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment or customer service role is preferred
- possesses all necessary state, county, or local certifications for food handling and, if applicable, alcohol handling
- excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- demonstrated ability to provide outstanding guest service

Job Duties
- welcome and engage with all guests as they arrive, providing an exceptional first impression of the sports bar
- effectively manage the guest waiting list and coordinate seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
- escort guests to their tables in an efficient and timely manner
- maintain superior guest service standards throughout the entire seating process
- assist the management team with any other front-of-house duties as needed to support operations
