Job Requirements

  • act 34 criminal clearance
  • ability to work part-time with open availability between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
  • ability to work rotating holidays and weekends
  • physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • customer service experience preferred
  • experience in a stock-related field such as box store csa warehouse associate stock clerk
  • ability to lift up to 50lbs preferred
  • good communication skills
  • attention to detail

Job Duties

  • adheres to hand hygiene and infection control procedures on a consistent basis when interacting with customers
  • communicates customer complaints and concerns effectively with other health care team members
  • displays customer service skills when responding to meal service requests resulting in a satisfied customer
  • distributes and collects menus from patients
  • obtains selected menus from patients according to departmental procedures
  • serves meals within established time frames adhering to departmental standards for appearance food quality and temperature control
