Job Requirements
- act 34 criminal clearance
- ability to work part-time with open availability between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
- ability to work rotating holidays and weekends
- physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- customer service experience preferred
- experience in a stock-related field such as box store csa warehouse associate stock clerk
- ability to lift up to 50lbs preferred
- good communication skills
- attention to detail
Job Duties
- adheres to hand hygiene and infection control procedures on a consistent basis when interacting with customers
- communicates customer complaints and concerns effectively with other health care team members
- displays customer service skills when responding to meal service requests resulting in a satisfied customer
- distributes and collects menus from patients
- obtains selected menus from patients according to departmental procedures
- serves meals within established time frames adhering to departmental standards for appearance food quality and temperature control
