Job Requirements
- Open availability to work shifts between 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Ability to work rotating shifts including holidays and weekends
- Commitment to adhere to hand hygiene and infection control procedures
- Effective communication skills to handle customer complaints
- Ability to follow departmental procedures for meal service
- Act 34 criminal clearance
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Adheres to hand hygiene and infection control procedures on a consistent basis when interacting with customers
- Communicates customer complaints and concerns effectively with other health care team members
- Displays customer service skills when responding to meal service requests, resulting in a satisfied customer
- Distributes and collects menus from patients
- obtains selected menus from patients according to departmental procedures
- Serves meals within established time frames, adhering to departmental standards for appearance, food quality, and temperature control
