Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous food service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to lift moderate weights
- availability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Check daily menu and production records
- set up service lines with hot/cold food, condiments, and serving utensils
- dish up salads, juices, fresh and canned fruit
- prepare breads and rolls for service
- assist in preparation of cold food items for serving line
- set up cash registers
- serve on serving line
- work cash register
- refill hot/cold foods as needed
- clean and sanitize workstations, prep areas and student tables
- wash dishes, pots and pans
- clean and sanitize equipment such as Somat machine, work tables, milk coolers and warming units
- count leftovers
- count cash register, complete bank deposit, complete Day End procedure on computer
- do daily laundry
