Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Serve Safe certified within 45 days of employment
- must meet current USDA training standards
- comply with Fraser and local health department standards of operation for food handling and storage
- ability to cope in an ever changing and fast paced environment
- ability to build relationships with students, staff and the public
- dependable and timely attendance

- compliance with Fraser and local health department food handling standards
Job Duties
- Arrive at work on time in full uniform, wash hands and begin work
- perform cash handling duties and procedures as required
- assist in maintaining supplies and appearance of cashier stations, retail merchandising and service area
- wrap, label, date and properly store all food ingredients according to safe food handling techniques
- complete all production records in accordance with USDA guidelines including recording time, temperature, and food counts
- perform monthly inventory as assigned
- breakdown all boxes after use for disposal
- may be required to train new team members and substitutes in assigned responsibilities
- provide point of contact for guest questions and concerns
- perform other job-related duties as assigned by management
