Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or ability to complete GED by end of school year
- Prior experience in food service
- Food Service Handlers license before start date
- Competency with basic computer skills including data entry and email
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or ability to complete GED by end of school year
- Prior experience in food service strongly preferred
- Food Service Handlers license required before start date
- Excellent customer service skills
- General knowledge of computer usage including data entry and email communication
- Ability to perform essential duties as outlined in Job Description
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Prepare and monitor meal production according to nutrition guidelines
- Manage inventory and orders for food and supplies
- Maintain accurate records of meal counts and food usage
- Provide excellent customer service to students and staff
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and communication
