Job Duties
- Follow daily work schedules for food production, service, and cleaning
- Participate in ongoing state-approved training and educational initiatives
- Demonstrate and promote exceptional customer service using professionalism
- Operate point-of-sale systems according to federal guidelines when assigned
- Adhere to food safety rules, departmental procedures, and HACCP guidelines
- Perform kitchen duties including pre-preparation, food production, service, and clean-up
- Assist with ordering, storage, and inventory for supplies and food items
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards
- Drive vans and refrigerated trucks between sites for food delivery and maintenance
- Participate in training programs and review job-related information
- Ensure compliance with equal employment and non-discrimination policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or designee
