Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food service or retail preferred
- friendly and outgoing personality
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal skills
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- basic math skills

Job Duties
- Supervises shift operations in a food activity operation
- greets every customer with eye contact and a smile
- acknowledges waiting customers promptly
- listens to customer needs and asks appropriate follow-up questions
- ensures customers have an extraordinary shopping experience
- completes transactions accurately and efficiently
- actively communicates and promotes Military Star Credit Card benefits to drive sales growth and increase loyalty
