Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in fast food or retail preferred
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Positive and proactive attitude

Job Duties
- Supervise shift operations in a food activity operation
- Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile
- Acknowledge every waiting customer promptly
- Listen to customer needs and ask follow-up questions to offer appropriate products
- Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers
- Actively communicate and promote the benefits of the Military Star Credit Card to customers to drive sales growth
