- Prior experience in food service or customer-facing role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise shift operations in a fast-paced food service environment
- Greet customers with eye contact and a genuine smile
- Acknowledge customers promptly upon arrival at the register
- Listen carefully to customer needs and ask relevant follow-up questions
- Ensure customers have an extraordinary shopping experience
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers
- Promote the benefits of the Military Star Credit Card to drive sales and loyalty
