Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory or food service experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods
- friendly and customer-focused attitude
- basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Supervise shift operations in a food activity operation
- greet every customer with eye contact and smile
- acknowledge every waiting customer promptly
- listen to customer needs and ask follow-up questions
- ensure customers have an extraordinary experience
- complete transactions accurately and efficiently
- promote the benefits of the Military Star Credit Card to drive sales growth
