Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting

Job Duties
- Lead a team of food service workers to exceed customer expectations
- Understand and execute sales goals and daily/weekly workloads

- Quickly respond to and de-escalate negative customer experiences
