Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
ability to stand and remain mobile throughout shift
capability to climb ladders
ability to handle and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
ability to work in varying temperature environments including cold storage
ability to work where common allergens may be present
reliable and prompt attendance
ability to handle cash register operations as needed
strong customer service skills
compliance with safety policies and procedures
ability to complete required training and certifications
legal authorization to work in the U.S

Job Qualifications

Strong interest and knowledge of the food service business
welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and technology equipment
work independently and as part of a team
resolve guest questions quickly
attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
maintain focus and composure in a fast-paced environment
previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant products during all operational hours
uphold and maintain Food & Beverage and Pizza Hut brand standards
execute food deliveries, replenishment, straightening merchandise, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing reserve product
produce, package and label items according to production cards and department routines
maintain a neat, clean and inviting dining area
make changes to salesfloor merchandise displays
be aware of current promotions in Café and Pizza Hut
complete and record all cleaning tasks
follow proper perishable inventory procedures
follow all food safety requirements including temperature monitoring
use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products
be knowledgeable about store tools, products and services
complete Pizza Hut training and certifications
demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance
work safely and report hazards
support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive-up
create a welcoming experience by greeting guests
assist guests with their needs
thank guests for choosing Target
perform other duties as needed
