- Must be willing and able to work standing for long periods of time
- experience with fast-paced dish pit environment preferred
- ability to push through dishes and organize area as necessary to the business
- experience with MSDS knowledge and upholds active practice of cleanliness in the dish area while maintaining protocol for dish liquid use
- responsibly geared towards presenting a clean and welcome experience for guests through upholding sanitation requirements

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment, including utensils, pots, and pans ensuring they meet standards for safe food preparation
- work with kitchen team to ensure dishes and equipment are stored properly
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
- empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles while ensuring proper waste separation
- maintain a sanitary and organized work environment
- uphold and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures
- maintain cleaning schedules to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks are completed
- perform other tasks as deemed necessary
