Job Requirements
- Must be willing and able to work standing for long periods of time
- Experience with fast-paced dish pit environment preferred
- Ability to push through dishes and organize area as necessary to the business
- Experience with MSDS knowledge and upholds active practice of cleanliness in the dish area while maintaining protocol for dish liquid use
- Responsibly geared towards presenting a clean and welcome experience for guests through upholding sanitation requirements

- Knowledge of sanitation practices and health safety standards preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of MSDS and safe handling of cleaning chemicals
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment including utensils pots and pans ensuring they meet standards for safe food preparation
- Work with kitchen team to ensure dishes and equipment are stored properly
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen including sweeping mopping and wiping down surfaces
- Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles while ensuring proper waste separation
- Maintain a sanitary and organized work environment
- Uphold and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures
- Maintain cleaning schedules to ensure daily weekly and monthly cleaning tasks are completed
- Perform other tasks as deemed necessary
