Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 4 years of professional experience
  • Experience in food service management for at least 1 year
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build effective client relationships
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and prolonged standing
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with budget management and cost controls

Job Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience
  • 1 to 3 years in a management role
  • Previous food service experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain client and customer rapport
  • Excellent customer service skills aligned with company standards
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Lead mentor engage and develop teams including recruiting assessing training coaching and managing performance
  • Ensure food services align with the Executional Framework
  • Coach employees on goals and execution
  • Reward and recognize employees
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
  • Manage budget and control costs for food beverage and labor
  • Maintain profit and loss statements
  • Achieve food and labor targets
  • Implement operational efficiencies and cost controls
  • Oversee production distribution and food service operations
  • Ensure compliance with policies regulations related to safety health wage and hour
  • Establish systems for ordering receiving storing preparing and serving food
  • Develop menu planning and food service strategies
  • Conduct inventory and maintain compliance records
  • Recruit hire develop and retain frontline team
  • Interact with client management and participate in sales and contract negotiations
  • Manage front of house dining operations
  • Develop food service plans aligned with client mission and sustainable practices
