Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- three to five years of foodservice operation experience
- experience in high volume production and catering
- experience managing budgets
- strong leadership and communication skills
- willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

- previous experience managing a budget
- desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
Job Duties
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and clients as well as other departments
- work with the chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
- oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
- work with team to maintain controllables including but not limited to food cost and labor cost
- participate and help plan marketing and social events on campus
- formulate budgets and plans for the operation
