Job Requirements

- prior experience in food service leadership roles
- excellent communication skills
- demonstrated ability to manage budgets and operations
- proficiency in inventory and purchasing management
- commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and service quality
Job Qualifications
- experience in food service management such as chef, manager, general manager, or director
- strong communication and leadership skills
- knowledge of purchasing and inventory management
- understanding of p&l management
- ability to lead a collaborative team
- creativity in menu planning and hospitality

Job Duties
- oversee all aspects of the dining operation including menu planning and food production
- lead and manage the food service team inspiring collaboration and pride in their work
- manage purchasing, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- coordinate special events and campus dining experiences
- handle profit and loss management to ensure financial sustainability
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- develop and implement creative culinary and hospitality initiatives
