Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 years of experience including 1-3 years in a management role
  • Previous food service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client and customer relationships
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Compliance with safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a management role
  • Previous experience in food service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other departments
  • Ability to manage physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lb and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching and managing performance
  • Ensure food services align with the Executional Framework
  • Coach employees to achieve goals and execute tasks effectively
  • Reward and recognize employees
  • Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
  • Manage dining operations including ordering, storing, preparing, serving and menu planning
  • Build revenue and manage budget including food, beverage and labor cost controls
  • Ensure completion and maintenance of P&L statements
  • Achieve food and labor targets
  • Implement Aramark food and labor initiatives
  • Direct operations related to food production, distribution and service
  • Maintain compliance with safety, health, wage, and regulatory policies
  • Coordinate client relationships and operational progress
  • Recruit, hire, develop and retain front line team
  • Conduct periodic inventory
  • Interact with client management and maintain effective relations
  • Manage front of the house of dining operations
  • Develop sustainable food service plans aligned with client mission
