Job Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience including 1-3 years in management
- Previous food service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client and customer rapport
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
- Ability to maintain effective interdepartmental relationships
- Physical ability to lift 50 lb occasionally
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Compliance with safety sanitation and regulatory policies
Job Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a management role
- Previous experience in food service
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective client and customer relationships
- Excellent customer service skills aligned with company standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments for unified food service
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Lead mentor and develop teams including recruiting training coaching and managing performance
- Ensure food services align with the overall Executional Framework
- Coach employees to create a shared understanding of goals and execution methods
- Reward and recognize employees for their achievements
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met in all operations
- Identify client needs and communicate operational progress effectively
- Manage financial performance including budgeting cost controls and P&L statements
- Achieve food and labor cost targets while managing resources
- Implement and maintain labor and food initiatives
- Maintain compliance with safety health wage and hour regulations
- Develop systems for ordering receiving storing preparing and serving food
- Coordinate unit personnel on production merchandising quality cost control and labor management
- Recruit hire develop and retain frontline team
- Conduct periodic inventory and maintain regulatory records
- Manage front of house dining operations
- Develop and implement food service plans aligned with client mission and sustainable practices
