Job Requirements
- Requires at least 4 years of experience
- Requires at least 1-3 years of management experience
- Certified Dietary Manager Certification or Registered Dietitian required
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
- Ability to work well with other departments
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lb
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in food service
- At least 1-3 years in a management role

Job Duties
- Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching and managing performance
- Ensure food services align with Executional Framework
- Coach employees to achieve goals and execute effectively
- Reward and recognize employee contributions
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
- Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and P&L statements
- Achieve food and labor targets
- Oversee production, distribution and food service operations
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, wage and hour regulations
- Establish systems and procedures for ordering, receiving, storing, preparing and serving food products
- Conduct inventory management
- Maintain records to comply with company and legal standards
- Interact with client management and maintain client relations
- Participate in sales and contract negotiations
- Implement new products and services to support growth
- Manage front of house dining operations
- Develop and implement food service plans aligned with client mission and sustainability goals
