Job Requirements

  • Requires at least 4 years of experience
  • Requires at least 1-3 years of management experience
  • Certified Dietary Manager Certification or Registered Dietitian required
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Ability to work well with other departments
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lb
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in food service
  • At least 1-3 years in a management role
  • Certified Dietary Manager Certification or Registered Dietitian required

Job Duties

  • Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching and managing performance
  • Ensure food services align with Executional Framework
  • Coach employees to achieve goals and execute effectively
  • Reward and recognize employee contributions
  • Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
  • Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
  • Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and P&L statements
  • Achieve food and labor targets
  • Oversee production, distribution and food service operations
  • Maintain compliance with safety, health, wage and hour regulations
  • Establish systems and procedures for ordering, receiving, storing, preparing and serving food products
  • Conduct inventory management
  • Maintain records to comply with company and legal standards
  • Interact with client management and maintain client relations
  • Participate in sales and contract negotiations
  • Implement new products and services to support growth
  • Manage front of house dining operations
  • Develop and implement food service plans aligned with client mission and sustainability goals
