Job Requirements
- At least four years of experience
- one to three years in a management role
- previous food service experience
- bachelor's degree or equivalent
- strong communication skills
- ability to develop and maintain client and customer rapport
- ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using established models
- ability to maintain effective interdepartmental relationships
- occasional lifting up to 50 lb
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize their contributions
- ensure food services align with Executional Framework
- coach employees on goals and execution
- reward and recognize employees
- ensure safety and sanitation standards
- identify client needs and communicate operational progress
- adopt Aramark process and systems
- build revenue and manage budget including cost controls
- complete and maintain P&L statements
- achieve food and labor targets
- manage resources for quality and cost control
- implement Aramark labor and food initiatives
- ensure compliance with Operational Excellence fundamentals
- oversee production, distribution and food service operations
- maintain safe and healthy environment
- comply with policies and regulations
- establish ordering, receiving, storing, preparing and serving systems
- develop operational forecasts and explain variances
- coordinate personnel on production, merchandising, quality, cost control and labor management
- recruit, hire, develop and retain front line team
- conduct period inventory
- maintain records per ARAMARK and government standards
- maintain client and customer relations
- participate in sales processes and contract negotiations
- implement new products and services for growth
- manage front of house dining operation
- develop and implement food service plans including sustainable practices
