Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 1-3 years management experience
- Background in food service industry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain client and customer relationships
- Capability to provide excellent customer service
- Physical ability to lift 50 lb
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Compliance with safety health wage and hour regulations
Job Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience
- 1-3 years in management role
- Previous experience in food service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client and customer rapport
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark’s model
- Ability to maintain effective relationships for unified food service
- Ability to lift carry push and pull up to 50 lb
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Lead mentor engage and develop teams including recruiting assessing training coaching and managing performance
- Ensure food services connect to the Executional Framework
- Coach employees creating shared understanding of goals and execution
- Reward and recognize employees
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards in operations
- Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
- Build revenue and manage budget including cost controls for food beverage and labor
- Ensure completion and maintenance of P and L statements
- Achieve food and labor targets
- Manage resources ensuring quality and cost control within budgets
- Implement Aramark labor and food initiatives
- Comply with Operational Excellence fundamentals
- Oversee production distribution and food service operations
- Maintain safe healthy environment complying with policies regulations
- Establish procedures for ordering receiving storing preparing and serving food products and menu planning
- Develop operational forecasts and manage accounting functions
- Coordinate unit personnel on production merchandising quality cost control labor and training
- Recruit hire develop and retain front line team
- Conduct inventory
- Maintain compliance records
- Interact with client management and maintain client relations
- Participate in sales and contract negotiations
- Implement new products and services
- Manage front of house dining operations
- Develop food service plans aligned with client vision including sustainability practices
