Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a food production or kitchen environment or 1 year experience working in the PRM kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food handling protocols
- Possession of ServSafe Food Management Certification or able to obtain within 60 days of employment
- Ability to organize efficiently and effectively, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability of coordinating activities and others
- Ability to efficiently coordinate PRM resources, working effectively with management, staff and volunteers
- Work independently and work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing client and volunteer staffing
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must meet and maintain requirements of being an approved driver of PRM vehicle for PRM business
- Solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions

Job Duties
- Coordinate with the Supervisor on the preparation and delivery of meals using established production procedures and processes
- Responsible for the production of meals and quality control of all food served on campus
- Collaborate with the Supervisor in receiving and processing all GIK food donations with keen attention to detail
- Serve as the main point of contact on day-to-day activities for clients or volunteers working in the kitchen and ensure compliance to menu, sanitation, personal hygiene and health standards
- Responsible for training program clients and Ministry Trainees
- Maintain proper food and supply inventories and order necessary food and supplies to ensure timely and accurate meal completion
- Communicate with necessary departments regarding facilities, IT, equipment, and volunteer needs
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, personal hygiene, and health standards including proper food preparation and handling techniques
- Lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle
