Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or hospital industry
- Experience managing a team of 5 or more employees
- Ability to maintain records and understand reports
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent writing and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with CBORD system preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Proficient keyboarding and computer capabilities
- Knowledge of foodservice operational procedures including training, safety, sanitation, purchasing, and inventory
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years as lead or supervisor in restaurant or hospital industry
- Experience supervising 5 or more employees with positive references
- Strong organization skills
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Good writing and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and write policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to function with minimal supervision
- Verbal interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain customer relations
- Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions
- Proficient in manual keyboarding and computer skills
- Knowledge in front and back of house training, point of sale, safety and sanitation, purchasing, inventory, catering, supervisory skills, diets, and terminology

Job Duties
- Optimize daily operations by proactively managing staffing levels
- Minimize food substitutions
- Ensure all service stations remain open and efficient
- Oversee food production and service quality by monitoring temperature logs and cleaning schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Train staff on inspection criteria and safe work practices
- Communicate clearly and promptly with team members, patients, and leadership through verbal updates and written documentation
- Manage employee performance, scheduling, and cross-training while minimizing overtime and agency use
- Support team development through onboarding, mentoring, and improvement initiatives
