Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced efficient and controlled environment
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing bending lifting squatting climbing and walking
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 60 lbs to a height of 4 feet
  • Ability to read write and complete company forms for sales reporting
  • Ability to work for periods of up to 8-10 hours in a cool atmosphere
  • Ability to work within a freezer for 15 minutes
  • Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment such as slicers mixers ovens and food processors
  • Ability to accept supervisory coaching on performance work habits and attitude
  • Must maintain a current Food Safety certification
  • Ability to function as a team member

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
  • Current Food Safety certification
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company food safety standards
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Acknowledge greet and engage guests when they enter the department
  • Follow designated food production list
  • Perform food production tasks in a timely manner
  • Ensure all cooking functions are performed safely and prevent cross contamination
  • Complete closing duties including cleaning walk-in coolers and freezers and organizing work space
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
