Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- ability to perform physical duties including standing, bending, lifting up to 60 lbs, squatting, climbing, and walking
- ability to read, write, and complete company forms for sales reporting
- ability to work up to 8-10 hours in a cool atmosphere
- ability to work within a freezer for 15 minutes
- ability to safely operate all required kitchen equipment
- ability to accept supervisory coaching
- must maintain current Food Safety certification
- ability to function well as a team member
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- current Food Safety certification
- ability to operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, ovens, and food processors
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
- ability to accept supervisory feedback
Job Duties
- Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests upon entry
- follow designated food production list
- perform food production tasks in a timely manner
- perform all cooking functions ensuring no cross contamination
- perform all cooking functions safely
- complete closing duties including cleaning walk-in coolers and freezers, sweeping, spraying and squeegeeing floors, and organizing workspace
- ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- perform other duties as assigned by management
