Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or cooking preferred
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work day and evening shifts including weekends
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals according to dietary guidelines and safety standards
  • Maintain high quality and sanitary food preparation and production
  • Work collaboratively with the Certified Dietary Manager and Registered Dietitian
  • Provide excellent customer service to geriatric and healthcare patients
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols consistently
  • Assist in maintaining inventory and kitchen cleanliness
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
