Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- strong customer service skills
- flexibility to work varying shifts between two dining locations
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- relocation to Fort Wayne, IN
- ability to work full-time

- ability to execute basic cooking techniques
- ability to prepare and set food for service using established procedures, standards and recipes
- previous experience working in a scratch kitchen is a plus
- commitment to continuous improvement and personal growth
Job Duties
- Responsible for prepping and cooking food from scratch in our diner
- cleaning and sanitizing prep areas in the kitchen on a daily basis
- serving customers and taking orders while ensuring that each customer receives their specific order accurately and in a timely manner
- executing basic cooking techniques
- preparing and setting food for service using established procedures, standards and recipes
- maintaining high standards for organization and cleanliness in the kitchen, dish area and dining areas
- multitasking effectively to manage multiple orders and kitchen responsibilities
