Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines
- Ability to respond effectively to patient needs
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to manage data accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines
- Experience in acute care and/or healthcare environment preferred
- At least one year of experience in customer service or a call center preferred
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
Job Duties
- Fostering patient relationships by identifying and responding to their needs
- Making internal or external contact with necessary personnel to address patient concerns as needed
- Managing data to aid completion of patient orders
- Ensuring accurate and professional processing of food service orders
- Addressing patient and guest satisfaction effectively
- Maintaining clear and professional communication
- Supporting healthcare team operations through responsive service
