Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- good vision including close and color vision
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation standards

- previous experience in food service or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Serves customers at the Food Service counter by listening to the request and obtaining the desired product
- answers the telephone and takes orders when necessary
- itemizes prices for counter goods
- proper use of slicer to cut weighable product required
- wraps and/or boxes and labels product
- makes sandwiches and prepares lunch and dinner specials
- set up advertising displays or arrange merchandise on the counter and tables to promote sales
- stocks and replenishes products, napkins, condiments, waxed paper, and any other items at the Food Service counter needed to provide excellent customer service
