Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED minimum
- Minimum of 5 years culinary experience
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- SERV Safe certified
- Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and MSDS information
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Mature walk with Jesus Christ and ability to articulate faith

Job Duties
- Direct kitchen operations including food preparation cooking and cleanup
- Assign tasks and supervise attendants cooks stewarding volunteers and specialty department coordinators
- Assist in menu planning ordering and implementation of donations to create a nutritional and healthy menu
- Maintain relationships with vendors and donation providers through deliveries and communication
- Resolve issues as they arise and report to the Director of Food Services
- Hold staff accountable and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Maintain kitchen control to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively
