Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service, barista, or customer service in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Previous money handling experience preferred
- Deschutes County Food Handlers Card required
- OLCC Alcohol Service Permit preferred
- ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong team and collaborative skills
- Basic to intermediate computer proficiency
Job Duties
- Prepares food products and beverages in accordance with safe food handling guidelines
- Operates espresso machine and prepares specialty coffee drinks
- Provides excellent customer service and makes product recommendations
- Stocks and maintains cleanliness of assigned café or deli areas
- Performs light cooking tasks such as grill or sandwich preparation
- Assists with catering setup, serving, and bartending as assigned
- Assembles patient meal trays accurately and delivers them following safety protocols
